Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment's within the organization.
Organize and file all relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
Update and manage inventory records and documentation.
Perform regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with documentation.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before PPM materials leave the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to documentation in the warehouse.
Stay informed about changes in documentation requirements and implement necessary updates.
Communicate with internal teams, documentation requirements and discrepancies.
Implement and maintain quality control processes for documentation accuracy.
Address and correct any discrepancies or errors in documentation.
Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all warehouse-related documentation.
Retrieve and provide documentation as needed for audits or inquiries.
Train warehouse staff on proper documentation procedures and requirements.
Ensure that all staff members are aware of the importance of accurate documentation.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant software to manage and track documentation.
Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
