Job Description:
Our client, a foremost Real estate company in Lagos require the service of Sales executive. An experienced Real estate Sales executive should already have a list of clients and an existing client network.
You will assist in guiding new and existing clients through changes in the market, provides advice on how to make an offer competitive, and arranges visits to properties. You will also provide recommendations on desirable areas for clients looking for homes. All in all, you will provide marketing services for property sellers to help them get more exposure for their property.
Location - Ifako Ijaye, Lagos
Job responsibilities
Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process
Organizing and booking property showings when needed
Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing material
Providing new listings with social media promotion to help increase exposure
Inputting information into a CRM system
Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market
Qualification /Requirements
OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, business administration, communications, or estate management may be preferred.
At least 3 -10 years of sales and marketing of real estate products
Having a certification in any real estate training course is an added advantage
You should also be involved in their communities and a member of various associations or clubs within the community.
You should have good and excellent selling and negotiating skills.
Should be great at building relationships with a variety of different people.
You should also be excellent researchers and have a passion for staying up-to-date with real estate news.
