Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to education.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members.
Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment conducive to student success.
Implement and enforce school policies and procedures to maintain discipline and promote positive behavior.
Conduct regular evaluations of teaching staff to assess performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Support professional growth through mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and collegial work environment that values teamwork and shared accountability.
Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians, and community members to support student success.
Qualifications:
Degree in Education.
Valid certification or license as a School Principal/Administrator.
Strong understanding of educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students, staff, and stakeholders towards a shared vision of academic excellence.
