Be up to date with industry and company knowledge.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of clients for our projects.
Develop high-end presentation tools and skills to close transactions, etc.
Responsibilities
Build relationship with clients to promote our projects.
Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
Promote quality relationships among our clients.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practice.
Achieve established performance within the specific time frame.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidate should possess an HND / B.SC in any Discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Real Estate company will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer relationship management (CRM).
Remuneration
Salary ranges from N1,500,000 to N3,000,000 p/a.
Monthly Bonus and Incentives.
15% to 31% commission on each transaction.
