Job Responsibilities
Deliver the monthly sales targets for his territory (station and Outskirts).
Achieve availability of our products at the Dealer's outlets.
Identify, create, and execute opportunities with Dealers to increase Sales.
Effectively Manage the resources allocated for Sales operations of his assigned territory.
Prepare, Execute and Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales plans for the territory
Responsible for Distributor management and effective use of allocated resources.
Liaising with management and customers for effective Sales and Placement of our products.
Market supervision - Price Check, Competition check, new developments in market, etc.
Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory with the Branch Manager.
Monitor Distributors' turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that the various SKUs are available
Requirements
A minimum of HND qualification from a reputable institution.
A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in the FMCD or Electrical industry.
Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication
