Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator at Givanas Cosmetics Nigeria Limited in Lagos. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and maintaining accurate customer records, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also assist in organizing sales promotional activities and tracking sales performance.
Objective
To support the Head of Sales & Marketing by administering the sales information system and provide all other administrative services for the sales department and the entire Givanas Cosmetics Staff.
Essential Job result:
Attain a level of efficiency and effectiveness in providing support for the sales & marketing team.
Attain a level of efficiency in the processing of customer orders and act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role with a minimum of 2 years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
