Responsibilities
Ensuring total compliance to the company's laid down policies, rules and regulations
Training staff in line with general restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and ensuring compliance with food quality standards at all times
Ensuring customers' satisfaction are always maintained and complaints are handled in most efficient manner
Organizing employees' work schedules and ensuring strict adherence to duty rota
Keeping track of employees' working hours
Managing inventory to ensure there's no shortage of supplies while staying within approved budget limit
Supervising daily shift operations
Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Appraising staff performance
Interviewing/recruiting new employees
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
