Key Area of Responsibilities
Represent the company and promote its image
Guarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practices
Respect the Group strategy, rules and policies
Learn about the products/services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and ensure their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
Aid in driving sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate
Promote the Group's products and solutions with adapted commercial offers
Support marketing campaigns and events both in-store and online, including social media promotions and email marketing efforts
Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work culture
Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the retail industry.
Learning to manage and update sales pipelines, track leads, and follow up on opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Person Specification /Qualifications / Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related role
1-2 years' experience in sales and marketing or similar role
Unmatched interpersonal and presentation skills
Resilience and persistence
Basic Knowledge in MS Office tools and IT skills
Great multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
Passion for learning & curiosity.
Agile with good communication skills
