Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of Montessori philosophy strongly preferred.
Teacher Training Qualification
Further post-graduate qualification in a related educational area e.g. MEd, MA, MBA (optional but preferred)
Professional Qualifications:
Professional Certification - Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
Relevant Experience and Skills:
Effective Leadership qualities
A combination of organizational skills.
Effective communication abilities,
An understanding of Montessori education principles to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Honesty, Dedication, and Accountability qualities.
Minimum number of uninterrupted years of experience in school leadership - 3 years.
Qualified teacher with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
At least 5 years of administrative experience in an educational setting with demonstrated leadership skills required.
