Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Direct, supervise and evaluate operational activities of all staff
Ensure prompt preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance.
Work towards improving the efficiency of care and organize the records of facility services.
Inspect condition or functioning of facilities or equipment.
Liaising with a variety of professionals.
Utilize problem-solving and technical skills to find creative solutions for administrative and operational problems.
Regularly presenting reports of company activities to senior management.
Overseeing all facility management function to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performing other duties as assigned by Management.
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
5+ years previous experience in facility management.
Extensive experience managing commercial, residential and infrastructural facilities
Bachelors Degree (Minimum)
Microsoft Office software knowledge.
