Job Description:
Responsibilities
He is responsible for the implementation of the College physical masterplan
Coordination and supervision of physical/ infrastructural development of projects.
Ensuring quality standards and maintenance of structures in the College.
Qalifications
Possession of B.Sc Degree in either of Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Building, Quantity Surveying or any other relevant Degree from a recognized University with a Lower Division plus NYSC discharge certificate. Possession of Master's degree in the relevant field is added advantage.
The candidate must possess professionally recognized certificate with current practicing license
Must have put in a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 5 years cognate working experience in a senior Management position in a similar or related Institution.
Candidate must be registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering (COREN) or Architecture Regulation Council (ARCON) or Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRN) or Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CARBON) or Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria.
He/ She must be a computer literate with working knowledge of relevant packages.
He/she must have been previously appointed as deputy Director of Physical Planning or Works in a Tertiary Institution
Candidate must not be more than 60 years at the time of assumption of duty.
He/she must be ICT compliant.
