- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 5+ years’ work experience in business development or sales role in a financial institution, and/or multinational B2B financial technology or technology company.
- Strong capabilities in B2B sales operations, relationships management, lead generation, lead conversion, negotiation, and product presentation.
- Good knowledge of software development, banking, and/or similar core banking solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, good relationship management and negotiation skills
- Good business acumen and a strong drive for result with resilience, determination, capacity and willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to collaborate, work, manage and interact with different kinds of people across different management cadres.
- Technology savvy with good knowledge of Core Banking Applications and its variant solutions.
