Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the VOIP sector.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our VOIP business portfolio.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align business strategies and achieve collective goals.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations for business deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both The Elite Job and our clients.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a results-driven approach to business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the VOIP sector.
In-depth knowledge of VOIP technology and industry trends.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
