Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
