Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and accountability.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate sales reports for management review.
Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and expand the client base.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or real estate license is a plus.
Minimum of (5) years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
